Business Development and Marketing Manager
DOCSI’s Business Development and Marketing Manager will contribute to the success of DOCSI in big ways by leading the generation of new hospital and surgery center leads and by shaping our brand identity and voice in the healthcare market.
This role will:
- Oversee the building and maintenance of outreach contact lists to target strategic new partners
- Lead the sourcing, validation and maintenance of high precision contact information
- Develop and oversee the lead follow-up process and track program performance
- Strategize, create, manage, and measure digital and traditional media marketing campaigns
- Manage social media pages and build posts with recent news and reports
- Build and publish blog content for DOCSI’s customer facing website
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes in our CRM and email marketing platforms, striving to continually improve the quantity, quality, and conversion of leads
- Work with other marketing stakeholders to drive the creation and distribution strategy of high value marketing programs, content, thought leadership, case studies, blog posts, and webinars
- Spearhead the management of DOCSI’s customer facing website and SEO
- Work with DOCSI sales leadership to continuously optimize the delivery of demand generation programs, considering changing market conditions, new consumer insights, and emerging opportunities
- Conduct frequent reporting and evaluation across database programs to evaluate overall effectiveness toward goals, identify areas of opportunity, and optimize based on results
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in marketing and email-based outreach
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to develop and communicate company voice and brand
- Action driven self-starter who enjoys bringing processes to open-ended challenges
- Maniacal organization skills, excellent attention to detail, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and strong follow through
- Ability to think strategically--to create and see the strategy behind the stories we tell
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Bias to make data-driven decisions, review KPIs regularly, and pivot when necessary
Also a plus:
- Startup or early-stage experience
- B2B marketing/sales experience
- Industry experience in healthcare and/or software
