The Director of Customer Service, Sales Operations and Account Contracting is a key role within the VentureMed Group (VMG) that develops and implements business practices and policies to ensure professional, accurate, and timely support is provided to customers and the sales organization.
Plan, develop and implement VMG’s customer service organization including the development of customer service strategies, programs, and processes, including customer service training for employees.
Develop annual department budget, goals and objectives aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
Create, implement, and monitor the infrastructure to enhance and support VMG’s commercial organization, including sales reporting, and customer analysis/segmentation.
Develop and distribute accurate sales reports and reporting tools and other information essential to the sales organization, revising such reporting tools as needed.
Maintain the VMG’s CRM system and associated enabling technologies. Monitor the sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
Work closely with sales management to review customer contracts and to timely address and resolve contract issues.
Work with sales and marketing leadership to design, implement and monitor territory and account plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales team and cross functional departments.
Ensure compliance with all corporate policy and quality system requirements.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or higher.
· Outstanding integrity, character, and trustworthiness; demonstrated evidence of leadership, creativity, adaptability, determination, perseverance. and excellent communication.
· 10 years related experience, preferably in a medical device company.
· Strong analytical and presentation skills.
· Experience utilizing and managing CRM systems to support sales and corporate account management.
